Sound familiar?

The problems we get hired to remove

If any of these describe your week, they're a good reason to talk to us.

Your team spends hours a week moving data between tools by hand

Automations that connect your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, and back office — and give those hours back

You have a product idea but no engineering team to build it

A tightly scoped MVP, built and launched in weeks, designed to test the idea before you spend big

Your data lives in five systems that don't talk to each other

Integrations that keep every system in sync automatically, with one place to see the truth

You know AI could help, but every pitch you hear sounds like hype

A plain-language audit of where AI actually pays off in your operations — and where it doesn't

How we work

A partner from first question to production

  1. 01

    Discover

A working session on your goals, constraints, and current workflows. You get a written scope and a fixed, itemized quote before you commit to anything.

  2. 02

    Design

UX flows, architecture, and a functional spec you review and approve before we build — with a clickable prototype where it helps de-risk decisions.

  3. 03

    Build

Sprint-based development with a working build to review at the end of every week. You watch it take shape — no big reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & run

We deploy, document, and hand over completely. Then we stay available for monitoring, fixes, and iteration as real usage comes in.

Why us

What working with us is like

The attention of a small senior team, without the overhead — or the invoices — of a big agency.

Built for production, not just the demo

Everything we ship includes error handling, monitoring, and documentation. The bar isn't the launch demo — it's whether the system still runs quietly in month six.

You talk to the people building it

No account-manager relay. You get a direct line to the engineers on your project, weekly demos, and written updates in plain language between them.

You own everything

Source code, infrastructure, designs, and documentation transfer to you from day one. We'd rather earn the next project than lock you into this one.

AI where it pays off, boring tech where it doesn't

We build with AI where it clearly earns its keep and choose proven, reliable technology everywhere else — and we'll tell you which is which before you spend.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

Pricing, process, ownership — the things every smart client wants to know up front.

You're a new company. Why should we trust you with this?

Fair question — here's how we take the risk out of it. Every project starts with a fixed, itemized quote, you see a working demo every week and can stop at any point, and the code is yours from day one. Most clients start with something small — a single automation or an audit — before committing to a bigger build.

What does a typical project cost?

Most engagements range from CAD $2,000 for a focused automation to CAD $10,000 for a full MVP. The discovery call is free, and you get a fixed quote with a line-by-line breakdown before anything starts.

How do you work across timezones?

We're registered in Canada with a delivery team spread across timezones, which gives you up to 16 hours of active coverage per day. You get one point of contact, weekly demos scheduled in your timezone, and written updates in between.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do — completely. Source code, designs, infrastructure, and documentation transfer to you, with no licensing strings attached.

We're not technical. Will we understand what's happening?

Yes. Updates are written in plain language, progress is visible in weekly demos, and every technical recommendation comes with its business case attached.

What if we just need advice, not a build?

That's a real engagement for us, not a teaser. Automation audits, architecture reviews, and product-scoping sprints are standalone offerings with their own deliverables.
